I personally believe it is because people seem to be under more and more pressure. The world seems to be coming more and more unstable what with the economy and recessions in different parts of the world, people are looking for a new way to find fulfillment. Karate is a way to challenge themselves and help them to grow as human beings.

Of course karate is great for physical fitness and self-protection, you can even make a lot of good friends who love karate as you do and this is all great. But have you considered how much karate can really aid in your personal development?
